A decal has three parts
Decal backing (looks like paper)
The decal itself
Clear tape layer
1. Clean your window. (alcohol works best) 2. Lay decal on flat surface. 3. Rub the decal with a credit card. 4. Peel away the backing (paper layer). The decal should stick to the tape layer. 5. Place the decal on your window. 6. Rub with the credit card again. Remove all of the bubbles. 7. Slowly peel away the tape layer. 8. Stand back and look at your new decal.
